Seminar on Circular Economy and Sustainable Packaging

The MADRAS research group participated the 28th of October 2024 in a seminar organized by the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and Prof. Giorgia Spigno.
The event focused on research supporting circular economy development in the agri-food sector and sustainable packaging materials.
During the seminar, MADRAS presented recent research on the design, development and characterization of natural coatings for food-contact paper.
The work adopts a statistical and multidisciplinary approach to optimize material performance.
The activity was carried out within the Ecosister – PNRR partnership (Spoke 1 and Spoke 5).
